A new cheese: Goat milk cookies (or, how to make them from scratch)

It seems like the only way to go is to use goat milk to make cookies, but what if you don’t have goats?

Now you can make goat milk cookies by using a paste from the goat itself.

This method is relatively easy, but you can do it from scratch, too.

In this post, I’m going to show you how to use a paste made from a goat’s milk for making homemade goat milk cookie dough.

Goat milk cookie recipe How to make goat cheese paste: 1.

Prepare a cheesecloth or a cheese cloth bag for storing your goat cheese, like a cheese grater.


Combine 2 teaspoons of goat cheese with 1 cup of water.


Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.


Drain the goat cheese and mix it in with the water.


Put the cheesecloth into the freezer for a couple of hours.


Add the goat milk, goat cheese mixture, and 1/2 cup of flour to a food processor.


Pulse until the mixture forms a dough like in the picture below.


Put dough into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.


Let it sit at least 2 hours before baking.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Make the cookies: 1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Roll out the dough by folding it over itself.

3) Using your fingers, press the dough into the prepared pan.

4) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

5) Remove from the oven and let cool completely before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

6) Remove the goat from the fridge and let it air dry.

7) Remove a few tablespoons of the goat’s liquid from the bag and discard it. 8) Combine the remaining goat milk and goat cheese mix in a large bowl.

9) Add the rest of the liquid and mix well.

10) Add a bit more liquid and continue mixing.

11) Add more flour if needed.

12) Mix together with a wooden spoon until all the dough is mixed together.

13) Put the dough back into the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

14) Remove your goat from its ice cream maker.

15) Add goat milk powder to the mixture and mix until the dough becomes a soft ball.

16) Cover with plastic and let sit at a cool place for at least 3 hours.

17) When ready to bake, place the cookies onto a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
