And Ive been thinking of coconut milk.
Ive seen it on the shelf.
I’ve had it on my fridge shelf.
Ive been looking at it for a while, and my gut tells me it is probably better for me than milk from a cow.
Ive read some really good research about the health benefits of milk from animals and coconut in particular, and that makes me think of blue milk.
But Ive never really thought about the coconut milk that is a lot more widely available in Australia.
What Ive read about coconut milk is that it has anti-cancer properties, and has some anti-oxidant properties.
I have no idea what those are.
Blue milk has been in the news recently for two reasons.
Firstly, it has been shown to be an effective treatment for obesity, especially among older people.
Secondly, it’s the main ingredient in coconut milk in the US.
There is some evidence that blue milk has an effect on weight loss.
In a study in the Journal of Nutrition, the researchers asked people to drink a glass of blue and white coconut milk a day, and then another glass a day for two weeks.
The people who drank more blue milk had reduced body weight by around 20 per cent.
People who drank less blue milk also lost weight.
Why did this happen?
Coconut milk contains more than 80 per cent fat and a lot of sugars.
The fats are known to be the main cause of the insulin resistance that occurs in obesity.
So the researchers hypothesized that if you could remove some of the sugar from the milk, you could reduce insulin resistance and improve your health.
The researchers also looked at people who were given coconut oil.
They found that the coconut oil caused people to lose weight more slowly than the oil that contained less coconut oil (or any other kind of fat).
Is it true that coconut oil causes weight loss?
Is coconut oil healthy?
Should you drink coconut milk?
I dont know, but it’s probably best to avoid it.
It’s also worth considering whether it’s better for you to drink the coconut juice, which is made from coconut oil, than to drink coconut water.
The coconut water that we drink is usually high in sodium, which may be a factor in the problems weve seen in recent years with the consumption of sodium in our diet.
The American Heart Association recommends that people limit their sodium intake to less than 5,000 mg a day.
If youve been following the guidelines, youve probably been doing well.
